Job summary

AegisAI, based in the United States, is seeking a Security Administrator to keep our environment secure. You will oversee vulnerability management, tune and monitor our SIEM, harden endpoints, and manage MDM, patching, and day-to-day access needs across our SaaS estate.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
• Solid cloud and identity fundamentals: you understand SSO, MFA, and how cloud native companies manage access.
• Certifications (e.g., Security+), coursework, homelab projects, CTFs, or security-adjacent work experience count.
• Comfortable picking up new tools independently and honest about what you don't know yet.
• Strong written communication: clear tickets, clean documentation, useful runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Vulnerability management: run remediation workflows and coordinate fixes with engineering.
• SIEM monitoring and tuning: triage alerts and reduce noise to catch important issues.
• Identity & access management: harden identity stack and run access reviews across SaaS.
• MDM administration: manage device fleet enrollment, configuration profiles, and policies.
• Endpoint patching and updates: keep OS and apps current and track compliance.
• Software review, packaging, and deployment to endpoints.
• IT support: handle tickets across accounts, devices, and access.
• Automate: automate repetitive tasks to focus on higher-value work.
