Qualifications

• 1-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
• Solid cloud and identity fundamentals: SSO, MFA, and cloud access management.
• Demonstrated interest in security: Security+ or related coursework, homelab projects, or CTFs.
• Comfortable learning new tools independently and communicating clearly.
• Strong written communication with clear tickets and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Vulnerability management: run remediation workflows and coordinate fixes.
• SIEM monitoring and tuning: triage alerts and reduce noise.
• Identity and access management: Harden identity stack and perform access reviews.
• MDM administration: manage device enrollment, configurations, and policies.
• Endpoint patching and updates: ensure systems stay current and compliant.
• Software review and packaging: review, package, and deploy software.
• IT support: handle accounts, devices, and access requests.
• Automate repetitive tasks to focus on security priorities.
