Location: Cumberland, MD

Available Schedules:

• Monday-Friday | 2:00pm-11:00pm
• Saturday-Sunday | 6:00am-11:00pm

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Security Officers to join our team at a well-maintained, highly regulated commercial facility in Cumberland, Maryland. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused and comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment, with the ability to start ASAP .

REQUIREMENT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

• An ACTIVE/CURRENT Maryland Guard Card is REQUIRED
• Applicants MUST possess and maintain a valid MD Guard Card
• Candidates without a current guard card will NOT be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets
• Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems
• Control access points and verify credentials as required
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Provide professional customer service while enforcing site policies
• Operate and navigate security-related technology and systems

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Guard Card (REQUIRED)
• Prior security experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• CPR / First Aid certification preferred
• Must be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
