Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Visitor Assistance in Fort Worth, TX to protect and serve clients across transportation locations. You will monitor terminals, assist travelers and staff, and uphold security procedures.

You will perform unarmed patrols, manage access controls, document incidents, and provide courteous customer service while maintaining safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Guard card/license preferred; CPR certification preferred; access control and badge experience preferred; background check; drug screen; 18/21+ age; driving license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, problem-solving approach and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas to identify unusual activity or conditions.

• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with supervisors and client representatives.

As a Security Officer Patrol Visitor Assistance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control and badge procedures. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with travelers and staff, and use technology to document activity. Pay Rate: $18.11 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate airport personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned terminal areas, public spaces, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted or controlled areas in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and/or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with supervisors, client representatives, and other assigned personnel regarding incidents and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
