Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Patrol First Aid in Fort Worth, TX to protect clients across transportation environments and maintain safe, welcoming spaces for travelers and staff.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor areas, perform patrols, support access control, and respond calmly to incidents, with a strong emphasis on customer service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report/escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of terminals, public areas, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate with airport operations and responders.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol First Aid in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a transportation location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.11 / Hour Job Schedule:

• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, public areas, restricted-access areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with site procedures and communicate professionally with airport operations, transportation personnel, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
