• Complete required reports and maintain activity logs; support emergency response when appropriate.

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Customer Assistance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position offers opportunities to use technology and respond to security-related needs while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with teamwork and integrity.

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, parking, and perimeter areas, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
