Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Warehouse Patrol in Lithia Springs, GA. The role involves patrolling a logistics/distribution site, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting access control while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of security experience, plus strong communication skills. The position is full-time with a daytime/evening schedule and pays $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, driver, and vendor activity in accordance with site policies, documenting observations and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
