Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol for an evening shift in Frederick, MD. You will monitor and patrol healthcare locations, manage access points, and respond to alarms while providing excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and patients.

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare and pharmaceutical facility interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by reporting maintenance concerns, access-control issues, and other security-related conditions that may require follow-up.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Evening Shift in Frederick, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $21.22 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
