Job summary

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 05:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Thur: 05:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sat: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report unusual conditions or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
