Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following healthcare location procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by monitoring entrances, exits, visitor activity, and restricted areas.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting security-related incidents and patrol activities.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Emergency Support in Falls Church, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism, and communicate observations clearly. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.


• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by monitoring entrances, exits, visitor activity, and restricted areas in accordance with site policies.


• Prepare clear, accurate reports and document security-related incidents, observations, and patrol activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
