Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Ammon, ID. You will deliver customer service, perform routine unarmed patrols in retail areas, and deter incidents while maintaining a visible presence for shoppers and staff.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, employees, and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and location management.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
