Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Tulsa, OK to protect clients across Retail/Malls and related sites. You will conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service while complying with driver policies.

Job type is Full Time with pay rate $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities include incident response, reporting, logs, and coordination with store leadership.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations to appropriate store representatives and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with customers, employees, first responders, and management.
