As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 02:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations, and report observations to appropriate store contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and incident documentation in accordance with site‑specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
