• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the logistics facility, loading docks, trailer yard, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and visitor or vehicle activity through required reports and logs.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Customer Care in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service, clear communication, and accurate reporting while using computer or tablet tools as needed. What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
