Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Certified in Houston, TX to safeguard clients across a range of industries. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service to tenants and visitors.

You will work a varied schedule with day and night shifts, utilizing CPR and First Aid when required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and licensing is preferred; background

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, common areas, and surrounding property to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Certified in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide professional customer service and communication to tenants and visitors. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
