You will provide professional customer service while patrolling a technology-focused location and monitoring access points to deter incidents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity per site requirements and report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following post orders.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs of patrol activities and incidents.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, help to deter incidents through a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting unauthorized access attempts and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established post orders and communication protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear logs of patrol activities, incidents, observations, and interactions with site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
