Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of technology-focused office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, credential verification, and site entry requirements.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for appropriate contacts.
• Support security-related operations at a fast-paced technology location while maintaining professional communication.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and support access control activities. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of technology-focused office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, credential verification, and adherence to site entry requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Support security-related operations at a fast-paced technology location while maintaining professional communication and service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
