Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Access Support in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support badge-related processes. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production, warehouse, shipping and receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document unusual conditions, incidents, and patrol observations.


• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and operational updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
