Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Presence in Hereford, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report potential hazards, facility concerns, and policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
