• Respond to incidents calmly and prepare accurate activity/incident reports.
• Monitor loading, shipping, receiving, and restricted areas and report conditions affecting operations.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and a collaborative, people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unauthorized access attempts according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and preparing accurate activity and incident reports.
• Support a professional environment by observing loading, shipping, receiving, and restricted areas and reporting conditions that may affect operations or require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
