Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Corporate Patrol Security Officer in Saint Louis, MO. You will safeguard a financial institution, conduct patrols, maintain visibility, and provide exceptional customer service while following site-specific policies.

The role is full-time with a daytime schedule and pays $21.00 per hour. You will document incidents and maintain security for staff and visitors, helping to deter security incidents and ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for customers and staff.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
