Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, notifying site contacts or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, docks, yards, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor location access by verifying credentials and observing visitor/vehicle activity.
• Document incidents and patrol observations per Allied Universal requirements.
