Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Site Observation in Goodyear, AZ. You will serve clients at a logistics and distribution location, conduct routine unarmed patrols, deter incidents, monitor access points, and support site operations while delivering exceptional customer service consistent with Allied Universal’s values.

Position type is Full Time with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour. Schedule: Thu 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Fri 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Sat 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Sun 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Criminal histories are considered as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities and share with site contacts and leadership.
