Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Guard Card Patrol in New York, NY. You will serve clients across industries, patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support access control and loss prevention with professional guest interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Guard Card Patrol in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and assist with loss prevention awareness. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with guests and team members, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Pay Rate: $18.48 - 19.48 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
