Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and support the protection of high-value merchandise through observation, reporting, and adherence to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Security Operations in ORLANDO, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer in a luxury retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
