As a Security Officer Driver Front Desk Access Intake in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will greet visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution front desk while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors, confirm appointments and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate offices or service areas.
• Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor logs and other required records, and communicate access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation procedures.
• Assist with maintaining a professional, welcoming front-desk environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have 3 or more years of military police, corrections officer, armed security-related, or certified law enforcement graduate experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
