Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Security Clearance Patrol Operations in Indianapolis, IN. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deliver excellent customer service, and respond to security concerns while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $24.51 / Hour. Schedule includes evenings and weekends. Eligible for Allied Universal benefits and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Security Clearance Patrol Operations in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
