• CPR certification preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and request additional assistance when needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Computer Reporting in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
