You will support client operations by conducting screening and access control, delivering professional customer service, and maintaining a secure environment.

In this fast-paced logistics setting you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, perform random patrols, and respond to incidents calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Conduct screening of personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles per location protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular patrols of the distribution location to deter unauthorized activity.

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 12:00 AM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct screening of personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles in accordance with location protocols and access‑control requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and document observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including operational areas and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
