Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Screening Station Monitor in Dallas, TX. This full-time role focuses on screening personnel, visitors, and materials to safeguard client sites within a logistics and distribution setting.

You will monitor access, verify credentials, respond calmly to incidents, and perform regular patrols as part of a customer-focused security team. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Screening Station Monitor in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening personnel, visitors, and/or materials in accordance with site procedures. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, communicate professionally, and support smooth operations through attentive observation and customer service. Pay Rate: $16.82 / Hour

What You'll Do:
