Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background investigation will be conducted per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• As a condition of employment, a drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly, notifying appropriate contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in required reports and inform site management and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in required reports, communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
