Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a luxury retail location by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the sales floor, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter theft and unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document observations.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports and coordinate with store management, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.

Pay Rate: $22.39 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sun 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, entrances, exits, and surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with store management, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
