As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers, employees, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a retail and warehouse-style location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of sales areas, receiving and loading areas, employee entrances, parking lots, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe deliveries, vendor activity, and customer traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and unusual observations accurately and report security-related concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
