• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation per Allied Universal and site requirements.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, amenities, parking areas, building entrances, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
