Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Technology Support in Bloomfield, CT. You will monitor and protect a logistics/distribution site, perform routine patrols, manage access control, and provide professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and delivery-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access, verify authorized personnel, and report unusual activity.
