Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, yards, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by observing entry/exit activity and verifying credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations following site procedures and notifying relevant personnel.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents and observations and communicate with site leadership.
