Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Route Review in Brockton, MA. You will patrol the distribution facility, maintain a visible presence, and deter security incidents while delivering exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors and employees while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, access points and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying authorized entry and maintaining visitor/contractor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and document actions taken.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate security concerns to site leadership and management.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, maintaining visitor and contractor records, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
