Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility interiors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures, assisting with directions and orderly movement.
• Document observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $22.85 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility interiors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and supporting orderly movement throughout the location.
• Document observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
