Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Response in Knoxville, TN. You will perform unarmed patrols, deter incidents, assist guests and staff, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment at a busy retail/entertainment venue.

This position offers flexible Day/Evening shifts with a pay rate of $18.15 per hour. Requirements: 18+, high school diploma, background check and drug screen as required by law.

As an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist guests, team members, and visitors with professionalism. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment while demonstrating Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values through teamwork.

Pay Rate: $18.15 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, team members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the entertainment venue, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, follow established entry procedures, and assist with directing guests and deliveries as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
