Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Readiness in Concord, MA. You will provide customer service, patrol the facility, and deter security incidents while supporting a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Position Type: Full Time with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. You will perform routine patrols, respond to emergencies, monitor access points, and document incidents in a healthcare setting, guiding site

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access procedures, and traffic flow while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
