Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Concord, MA. You will provide patient, visitor, and staff security, conduct rounds, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

As a Part-Time Officer, you’ll build a flexible schedule, apply hospital protocols, respond to emergencies calmly, document incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established hospital protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, wayfinding, and adherence to site-specific access procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
