Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees per site policies and emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of various areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, document observations, escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports and patrol logs per procedures.

As a Security Officer Patrol Presence in IPSWICH, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur - 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri - 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat - 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun - 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of research, laboratory, office, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and required patrol logs in alignment with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
