Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following site procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, loading docks, and trailer areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate observations to leadership and site management.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, loading docks, and trailer areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant security-related observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
