• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building entrances, common areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report access concerns or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact emergency services as needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.

Pay Rate: $27.39 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thu 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial office areas, parking facilities, building entrances, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact emergency services and/or site contacts according to established procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications, including observations related to building conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
