Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sun: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of parking areas, vehicle storage areas, buildings, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, damaged property, suspicious activity, and potential hazards in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
