Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a Data Center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, document activities using computer or tablet systems, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.49 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an automotive location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions in required reports and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
