• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and delivery personnel at an automotive location by following site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of automotive facilities, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, offices, entrances, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe vehicle, visitor, and vendor activity; document observations and incidents in required reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding security concerns, incidents, and shifts in site conditions.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and delivery personnel at an automotive business location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of automotive facilities, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, offices, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe vehicle, visitor, and vendor activity in accordance with site requirements; document observations, incidents, and irregularities in required reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, incidents, and shifts in site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
