• A drug screen will be conducted as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the location for unusual activity, reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership, property management, and emergency responders as needed.
