As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time / Day Shift

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 05:00 AM - 01:30 PM
• Sun: 05:00 AM - 01:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly professional environment.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate security-related information to site management and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
