Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology, media, and telecommunications facilities.
• Monitor for unusual activity and document observations through reports and communication channels.
• Support visitor management and access-control processes while maintaining a professional presence.
